摘　　要：监督者的有效监督力是指监督者的监督行为的有效性,这种行为体现为二次管理的有效性,是与管理相呼应的,是对管理的跟踪与回报,它直接表现为监督者在依法进行行政监督工作的情况下完成组织既定目标的有效性,分为监督效力、监督效率和监督效能,也即保证行政质量的监督力度,包括对领导决策、组织设计、设备采集、执行监督、验收完善等的监督力度。lnspectnr general＇s active supervision strength is refers to inspector general＇s surveillance behavior the validity, This kind of behavior manifests the validity which is two time manages, Is echoes with the management, Is tu the management traek and the repayment, It directly displays for the inspector general legally is canting on the administrative supervision work in the situation to complete the organization to decide the goal the validity, Divides into the surveillance potency, Surveillance efficiency and inspector general potency, Also is guarantee administration quality surveillance dynamics, Including to leadership deeision - making, The organization designs, Equipment gathering, Execution surveillance, Approval consummation and so on surveillance dynamics.
