摘　　要：道家的思想博大精深,本文试图就其管理思想作一粗浅的探讨。文章从四个方面总结了道家管理的精髓:取法于道的管理理念;自然无为的管理原则;处柔守弱的用人观念;修身求道的自我管理。最后,对道家管理思想的影响和价值进行了适当的剖析和简评。Thought of Taoist school is extensive and profound. The text attempts to make a discussion on the thought of management discussion.The article has summarized the marrow of management of Taoist school from four aspects： the management idea, the natural inactivity＇s management principle, personnel idea of defending the weak, self-control of practicing moral and striving for life.
