摘 要:采用文献资料法、生物力学方法、数理统计法和数理分析法分别从助跑速度、摆动效果、蹬伸实效性三个方面对中外优秀男子跳高运动员起跳技术的运动学特征进行深入的比较分析,发现起跳的过程中垂直速度偏小和摆动腿角度角速度慢是导致我国跳高成绩落后的原因。认为决定跳高成绩关键因素是起跳时的垂直速度,如何充分利用助跑速度,提高起跳效果,是当前背越式跳高技术训练的重点。Through the Documents, Mathematical statistics and Mathematical analysis method, the author has managed Biomechanics theory to carry out a kinematical analysis for the excellence athletes in the world and china. Basing on the characteristics of the take-off techniques for Fosbury style high jump in such 3 aspects as the athlete' s run speed, effect of swinging leg and actual effect of takeoff leg , the author revealed the laggard cause of Fosbury style High - Jumping in china is the little uprightness rate of jumping and the slow angle speed of swinging leg. the author analyzed the factors that affect the athlete' s takeoff technique and revealed the keystone of technical training of Fosbury style High - Jumping is how to improve uprightness rate.
