伤科薰洗方对实验性兔膝骨性关节炎软骨组织形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察模型兔膝关节软骨滑膜形态学的变化,以及伤科薰洗方对实验性兔膝关节软骨光镜下形态学的影响。探讨伤科薰洗方治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:32只日本大耳兔随机分成四组:空白组,模型组,扶他林组,中药熏洗组,手术方法制作兔膝骨性关节炎模型,造模成功后中药熏洗组给予中药熏洗汤治疗4周,扶他林组给予扶他林外搽4周。治疗完成后肉眼及光镜观察各组兔膝关节软骨形态及组织学变化,评定中药熏洗汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。结果:与空白组相比,模型组有明显的组织形态学的改变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组和扶他林组相比,中药熏洗组病理改变明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本实验成功复制了兔膝骨性关节炎的模型,用伤科薰洗方薰洗有减轻模型兔膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞及细胞外基质破坏的作用。说明中药熏洗汤能有效治疗膝骨性关节炎。Objective：To observe the changing of cartilage histomorphology of osteoarthritis knee joint of rabbit model and the effect of shangkexunxifang（SKXXF）treating with it . Methods：A total of 32 rabbits randomly divided into for groups： the control group ,the model group , the Diclofenac group , the SKXXF group . In order to make the rabbits to fall ill in knee joint osteoarthritis ,the surgery method was used. After the knee joint osteoarthritis model was onset, the rabbits of the Diclofenac group were paint with Diclofenac onto the knee joint, the rabbits of the SKXXF group were fumigated with the SKXXF onto the knee joint. The courses of treatment were four weeks. The changing of cartilage histomorphology of osteoarthritis knee joint was observed with light microscope and naked eye in order to evaluate the effect of （SKXXF） treating with it. Results： Compared with the control group , the damage of cartilage of model group in histomorphology is significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the model group and the Diclofenac group, the damage of cartilage repaired significantly in histomorphology（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：We had made the rabbits to fall ill in knee joint osteoarthritis successfully, the SKXXF can repaired the cartilage cell and the extracellular matrix. That is to say the SKXXF has a good effect in treating with knee joint osteoarthritis.
