摘  要:目的以钛铌锆锡(Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn)合金为研究对象,通过对其铸流率的研究,探讨高铌钛合金用于牙科铸造加工的可行性,并为牙科应用提供合理的铸造参数。方法采用网状试样法,检测钛铌锆锡合金在3种铸模温度(室温、300℃、600℃)下的铸流率,并以纯钛(Ti)、钛铝钒(Ti-6Al-4V)合金做对照,结果做统计学分析。结果在室温及300℃铸造时钛铌锆锡合金铸流率明显低于纯钛及钛铝钒合金;在600℃铸造时三种合金铸流率没有明显差别。该合金室温及300℃组铸流率明显低于600℃组。结论高铌钛合金在室温铸造时铸流率不佳,钛铌锆锡合金在铸模温度高于600℃以上铸造时可以获得完整铸件。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the castability of Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy and find out feasibility of high niobium content Ti alloy used as dental casting alloy. Methods Net patterns were applied in this study. Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy , pure titanium and Ti-6A1-4V alloy were cast respectively at three mold temperathres (room temperature, 300℃, 600℃). The castability value was obtained by counting the complete segment of the cast alloy grid. Results The higher mold temperature,the higher castability of three titanium alloys. Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy casting showed lower castability than pure titanium and Ti-6A1-4V alloy at room temperature and 300℃.Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy casting at room temperature and 300℃ showed significantly lower castability value than that at 600℃. Conclusion We could not get a optimal high niobium content Ti alloy casting cast at room temperature. In order to obtain high castability of dental Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy castings, the mold temperature should be higher than 600℃.
