准分子激光治疗近视临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨准分子激光治疗近视的有效性和预测性。方法:分别应用准分子激光光学角膜成型术(Photorefractive keratec-tomy,PRK)和激光原位角膜磨镶术(Laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)对近视共1085眼进行治疗和临床疗效对照分析。结果:术前PRK组和LASIK组平均裸视分别(0.11±0.05)、(0.06±0.04),P<0.05,平均值球镜屈光度分别为(-3.63±1.55)D,(-4.87±0.93)D,P<0.05,术后6个月PRK组平均裸眼视力为(1.12±0.23),等值球镜屈光度为(0.49±0.43)D,而LASIK组平均裸眼视力为(1.18±0.17),P>0.05,等值球镜屈光度为(-0.58±0.40)D,P>0.05。结论:PRK和LASIK两种方法治疗近视均具有准确性高、预测性良好的特点。Objective：To assess the effectiveness and predictability of excimer laser for the correction of myopia. Methods： 1085 eyes with Preoperative refraction of -3.00 to -6.00 diopters were treated with Photorefractive keratectomy （PRK） or Laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK） ,and the clinical results were analyzed. Results：Preoperatively, the average uncorrected visual acuity in PRK group and in LASIK group was 0.11±0.05 and 0.06±0.04 respectively （P〈0.05）,and the average refraction was -3.63±1.55 diopters and -4.87±0.93 diopters respectiyely （P〈0.05）.Six months after operation ,the average uncorrected visual acuity in PRK group was 1.12±0.23 ,the average refraction was -0.49±0.43 diopters,the average uncorrected visual acuity In LASIK group was 1.188±0.17 （P〉0.05）,and the average refraction in LASIK group was -0.58±0.40 dionters（P〉0.05）.Condusion：Both PRK and LASIK are accurate and predictable for the correction of myopta.
