摘　　要：对结构光下所采集到的V形焊缝图像进行了具体的特征分析和总结,针对不同特征提出了不同的图像处理方法。并在此基础之上,利用自动阈值确定的全局阈值分割和形态学图像处理完成了焊缝图像处理的整个过程,获得了较好的图像处理效果。This article carries out feature analysis and summary of V sharp weld seam image collected by structural-light,and proposals different image processing methods aiming at different feature,on basis of which,weld seam image process is completed by means of global threshold segmentation and morphology filter determined by automatic threshold,and obtain excellent effect of image processing.
