摘 要:[目的]观察病理性黄疸新生儿G6PD缺陷合并微小病毒感染的关系。[方法]采用聚合酶连反应(PCR)技术对179例被确诊为病理性黄疸新生儿患者进行血清微小病毒B19检测,并同时进行G6PD、血常规、胆红素等各项指标的测定,进行比较。[结果]176例病理性黄疸新生儿中,B19感染者35例(19.9%),G6PD缺陷者为24例(13.6%),G6PD缺陷+B19感染者15例(8.5%)。[结论]G6PD缺陷合并B19感染之间存在显著性相关。[ Objective] To observe the relationship of pathological jaundice and Glucose-6-phosphate Deplrdrogenase (G6PD) disfigurement newborns with tiny virus infection. [Methods] The serum of 179 pathological jaundice newborns were conducted to detect the blood serum tiny virus B19 by using the Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology, meanwhile the G6PD, blood routine, bilirubin and other items were detected and compared. [Results] Out of 176 newborns with pathological jaundice, 35 newborns were infected with B19 (19.9%), 24 newborns with G6PD disfigurement (13.6%), 15 newborns with both G6PD disfigurement and B19 (8.5%). [Conclusion] Pathological jaundice newborns with G6PD have significantly asso- ciation with newborns infected with B19.
