摘 要:运用灰色关联模型分析我国高技术产业发展与自主创新的相关影响因素,可得出如下结论:我国高技术产业的发展与高新园区、原始创新即发明专利、新产品的开发与市场推广等因素关联度较大,而与科技资源投入、科技成果转化等因素的关联度较小。为进一步推进高技术产业的发展,建议:(1)推进高新产业向园区集聚,壮大高新产业规模,实现经济发展方式的转变;(2)充分利用全球资源,加强国际科技合作,增强自主创新能力;(3)增加国家财政科技投入,鼓励创新发展,促进高新产业发展;(4)促进高新科技成果的转化,实现科技与市场需求的有机结合;(5)继续抓好高技术产品创新,着力推进市场开发。With the utilization of the gray relevant evaluation model,this paper makes an objective analysis on the relations between the high-tech industrial development and the dependent innovation of our country.The conclusion is that China's high-tech industrial development is more closely related to high-tech industrial parks,primitive innovations or invention patents,new product development and marketing program,rather than with the technological resources investment and the commercialization of researching achievements.Under such a circumstance,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for promoting the development of China's high-tech industry:1) expanding high-tech industry by establishing large industrial parks to realize the transformation of economic development mode;2) making full use of all resources to promote the international cooperation and improve the independent innovative capacity;3) increasing state financial investment on science and technology to encourage innovation and promote the development of high-tech industry;4) boosting the commercialization of high-tech results and realizing a beneficial combination of technology and market;5) promoting the product innovation of high-tech industry and market development.
