摘  要:目的:观察δ阿片受体(DOR)在急性全脑缺血及再灌注时的表达变化,以评价其与脑复苏时再灌注损伤的关系。方法:30只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分成假手术组、全脑缺血组和缺血再灌注组,分别建立急性全脑缺血及再灌注大鼠模型模拟心跳骤停引起的全脑缺血与再灌注损伤,采用Western blotting(Western印迹法)方法研究全脑缺血及再灌注大鼠脑组织中DOR的表达变化。结果:缺血组DOR的表达低于假手术组(下调),而缺血再灌注组中的DOR表达高于假手术组(上调)。结论:全脑缺血的机制可能涉及δ阿片受体的下调;DOR可能通过上调自身的缺血预处理作用以减轻全脑缺血再灌注损伤而起保护作用。Objective: To investigate the expression of delta--opioid receptor(DOR) in acute global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, provide some useful information to further evaluate the relationship between DOR and reperfusion injury during the cerebral resuscitation. Methods: Thirty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group, acute cerebral ischemic group and reperfusion group. All of them were established the model of acute cerebral ischemia or reperfusion, simulated the global ischemia and reperfusion injure caused by cardiac arrest. This study used Western blotting to test the variation of DOR in acute global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Results: The expression level of cerebral ischemic group was lower than the sham group, but the reperfusion group's level was higher than sham group. Conclusion: The mechanism of global ischemia may related to the down regulation of DOR and DOR may up regulation itself's ischemic pretreatment to relieve the reperfusion injury.
