摘　　要：在《红楼梦》的丫头群中,袭人向来是颇具争议的一位,褒扬极少,贬斥居多。以为身处奴隶阶层的袭人自有她的"痴处",不可仅凭"叛逆与否"这样的暴力符号将其一棒打死,否定她人性的优点与存在的个体价值。应从人性本真的角度出发,客观地看待这一人物,观照她的生存处境,尊重她的爱情,发现她纯良、宽厚的美德,使其形象分析更趋合理化、人性化。Among slave girls in A Dream in Red Mansions, Xi Ren has always been a disputed one who seldom got praise, but received much denigration. It is thought that Xi Ren as a slave girl has her own lovely characteristics, and shouldn＇t be negated completely depending on the violent symbol ＂rebellion＂. Meanwhile, her personal advantage and existing individual value should not be ignored. So it is necessary to look at this character objectively from the perspective of human nature, keep an eye on her living environ- ment, respect her love, discover her kindness and generous virtues, and make the analysis of her image more sensible and full of humanization.
