摘　　要：生命科学技术在20世纪下半叶之后获得了突飞猛进式的发展,在增进人们福祉的同时也对社会的和谐带来了重大挑战,为此,需要法律介入对生命科技活动的引导与规范。The biotec-lology has got a spur development since the later half of 20th century, which offers great challenges to the harmony of society on the condition that it has brought about much welfare to the people.Laws should be enacted and used in the regulation of the research as well as use of biotechnology.
