摘　　要：[目的]探讨谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)P1、多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)mRNA表达与胃癌铂类药物辅助化疗预后的关系。[方法]经病理学确诊的胃癌患者66例,采用5-Fu/铂类药物为主的方案进行辅助化疗。采用反转录—聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测胃癌组织中GSTP1和MRP mRNA表达水平。[结果]66例胃癌患者中,MRP和GSTP1 mRNA的表达水平中位值分别为1.214和0.434。GSTP1 mRNA高表达组无复发生存率和总生存率均显著低于低表达组(P<0.05)。调整年龄、性别、分化程度、淋巴结状态、分期后,多因素分析结果显示GSTP1 mRNA水平是影响患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05),而MRP表达水平与预后无关(P>0.05)。[结论]GSTP1 mRNA表达水平可以在一定程度上判断术后胃癌患者接受铂类药物化疗后的预后。[ Purpose ] To investigate the relation of GSTP1 and MRP mRNA expression with the prognosis in gastric cancer patients treated with platinum-based adjuvant chemotherapy. [Methods] Sixty-six cases with pathologically proven gastric cancer received platinum-based adjuvant chemotherapy, and the mRNA expression of GSTP1 and MRP in gastric cancer tissues was tested by semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. [Results] The median mRNA levels of MRP and GSTP1 in gastric cancer tissues were 1.214 and 0.434, respectively. The recurrence-free survival and overall survival in patients with high level of GSTP1 mRNA were significantly lower than those with low level （P〈0.05）. After adjusting for differentiation, staging, lymph node status, age and gender, multivariate analysis showed that GSTP1 mRNA level was an independent risk factor for prognosis （P〈0.05）. MRP mRNA level was not associated with relapse or survival. [Conclusion] The mRNA level of GSTP1 may be a useful predictor parameter for recurrence in postoperative gastric cancer patients received with platinum-based adjuvant chemotherapy.
