金属粘接剂及瓷聚合体树脂修复金属烤瓷冠意外崩瓷的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨利用金属粘接剂及瓷聚合树脂修复烤瓷冠意外崩瓷的临床效果。方法选择43例共58颗意外崩瓷的金属烤瓷修复体,利用金属粘接剂及瓷聚合树脂对其进行口内修复。患者在治疗完成后3,6,12个月复诊,观察修复效果。结果12个月中有2例3颗修复体失访。在复查的41例55颗修复体中53颗未发生崩瓷现象。临床修复效果满意。结果利用金属粘接剂及瓷聚合树脂修复烤瓷冠意外崩瓷具有强度高,色泽好,易于操作等优点,能够获得较好的修复效果。Objective To study the clinical effects of restoring accidental porcelain-fracture of PFM with M.L.Primer and Solidex. Methods 58 PFM with accidental porcelain-fracture of 43 eases were selected. The M .L.Primer and Solidex were utilized to restore them intraorally. The patients were inspected after 3,6,12 months. Results Three PFM of two patients were lost in 12 months, and the other 55 PFM of 41 patients have only two fails. Conclusion using M.L.Primer and Solidex to restore accidental porcdain-fracture of PFM is a good method with many benefits, such as high resisterce, perfect color and easy operation, and satisfactory effect can be acquired by this method.
