摘　　要：试验测定如皋鸡2、4、6、8、10及12周龄血浆LDH、HBDH、MAO、MDH、CK、5′-NT、ALT、ALP、ICDH、ADA等酶活力。结果表明:2～12周龄,LDH、HBDH、CK、5′-NT和ALP活力总体上呈快速下降趋势,MAO和MDH呈平稳下降趋势,ALT呈斜"Z"型,ICDH和ADA变化规律不明显。By studying on enzyme activities of LDL,HBDH,MAO,MDH,CK,5＇-NT,ALT,ALP,ICDH and ADA in plasma of Rugao chicken at 2,4,6,8,10 and 12 weeks,the results were as follows： There were four change trends of relative enzyme activities in plasma,the first type was ascending trend,such as ALT. The second was rapidly degressive trend, such as LDH,CK,HBDH,ALP and 5＇-NT. The third was degressive steadily with weeks of age,such as MAO, MDH. The forth were not obvious change,such as ICDH,ADA. Most of enzyme activities in plasma were higher from 2 to 4 weeks in Rugao chickens.
