摘  要:选用60头体重60kg左右杜长大三元杂交肥育猪,分为2组,分别饲喂0、100mg·kg-1N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA),研究饲喂NMDA对肥育猪血清生长激素水平及腺垂体生长激素mRNA表达的影响.结果表明,试验43d后,肥育猪血清生长激素水平显著提高,较对照组增加41.01%(P<0·05),其中阉公猪生长激素分泌总体水平增加36·91%(P<0·05),肥育母猪生长激素分泌总体水平提高45·95%(P<0·05);腺垂体生长激素mRNA丰度也显著提高,较对照组增加48·75%(P<0·05).由此可知,NMDA可以影响肥育猪血清生长激素分泌及腺垂体生长激素mRNA的表达,从而促进肥育猪生长.Sixty crossbred (Duroc X Landrace X Yorkshire) finishing pigs were used to study the effects of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) on serum growth hormone (GH) level and pituitary GH mRNA expression. Pigs weighed averagely about 60 kg were randomly allotted to two treatments and fed diets containing 0 and 100 mg· kg^-1 NMDA respectively for 43 days. At the end of the experiment, six pigs of each treatment were slaughtered humanly to collect the serum and pituitary samples. The experimental results show that NMDA increased serum GH concentrations in barrows and gilts by 36.91% and 45.95%(P〈0.05), respectively. It was also found that NMDA enhanced the GH mRNA level by 48.75%(P〈0.05) compared with control. The results above indicate manipulation on GH secretion maybe one of the main reasons for NMDA affecting the growth performance of finishing swine.
