摘  要:新型自导向液压缸摒弃传统的外置式导向器,采用液压缸内部键槽导向方式,该方式充分利用了液压缸的内部空间,减小了液压缸的整体尺寸,有效地提高了导向的精度和抗扭转能力。该液压缸灵活运用多种密封形式,解决了内导向的内泄漏问题,保证了密封能力。该产品具有导向精度高、结构尺寸小、抗扭转能力强等优点。A novel cylinder which was designed by utilizing the key seating as inner lead rail. This novel cylinder is more compact than the traditional one with outer deflector. Because of applying the key seating as the lead rail, it is obvious to improve the ability of resistance to torsion and guide precision. Many kinds of seal means were applied to prevent cylinder from leaking. The product has the advantage of high precision, small dimension and ability of resistance of torsion.
