摘　　要：结合国内外大学生参与管理的趋势，分析了医学院校大学生参与教学管理的意义。从制度建立、队伍保障、指标制定、机制形成等方面阐述了首都医科大学学生参与教学管理的途径和基本模式，提出相应的工作建议。By relating to the development trend of teaching management participation by university students home and abroad, this article analyzes the significance of medical students＇ participation in teaching management. Then it discusses the channel and basic mode of our university students＇ participation, including system establishment, teaching staff guarantee, index formulation, and formation of operating mechanism. Finally it gives some suggestions on it.
