摘 要:目的探索团体心理辅导对高校贫困生人格、社会支持及主观幸福感的影响,为高校贫困生心理健康教育提供依据。方法对某医学院12名贫困生进行团体心理辅导,采用卡特尔16项人格因素问卷(16PF)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和总体幸福感量表(GWB)对干预前后进行分析。结果①贫困生16PF在乐群性、稳定性、敢为性、内向与外向性、感情用事与安详机警性人格因素上得分显著高于干预前,在忧虑性因素上得分显著低于干预前;②在社会支持量表中主观支持得分显著高于干预前;③在总体幸福感量表的得分显著高于干预前。结论团体心理辅导是提高高校贫困生心理健康水平的有效途径之一。Objective To study the effects of group counseling intervention on personality, social support and subjective well-being of impoverished college students in order to provide basis for mental health education at colleges and universities. Methods We gave group counseling to 12 impoverished college students of a medical college, and then tested them with 16PF, SSRS and GWB scales before and after the group counseling. Results ① After the intervention, the students' scores of gregariousness, stability, social boldness, introversion or extroversion, emotional sway, sedateness and tactfulness factors were significantly increased. The score of anxiety factor was significantly decreased. ②The SSRS results also indicated that the scores of subjective support significantly increased after the intervention. ③ The scores of GWB were significantly increased. Condusion Group counseling is an effective approach to improving impoverished college students' mental health level.
