钬激光治疗浅表性膀胱癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术＋气化术治疗浅表性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法应用不同光纤钬激光治疗，记录、测定膀胱肿瘤患者术前、术中和术后的相关指标，并进行统计学处理。结果应用两种光纤钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除＋气化术患者手术时间18—50min，平均22min，无膀胱穿孔，术后无需要膀胱冲洗；尿管留置时间1～3天，随访6月-3年，无尿道狭窄，复发1例。结论钬激光是治疗浅表性膀胱癌安全的方法，两种光纤同时应用更优越。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of holmium laser resection for uperficial bladder cancer. Methods Patients with superficial bladder cancer underwent. holmium laser treatment, Different clinical aspects of the tumours and recurrences were considered. Results In the holmium laser patients, no perioperative complications occurred. Also, the catheter was removed within 1 - 3 day, the mean operative time was 22min, and the case developed recurrence was 1. Conclusion D holmium laser is safe and effective for the treatment of bladder tumors and using two fiber is more advantment.
