摘　　要：论述高校图书馆建设信息素质网络教育资源的现实意义和特点,提出了信息素质教育创新发展的思路,分析了信息素质教育与图书馆教育职能的关系,并对建立完善的信息素质网络教育体系进行了探讨。This paper discusses the practical significance and the characteristic of the construction of network information quality education resource,polnts out the thinking of creative development of information quality education,analyzes the relation between information quality edueation and library educational function,and expounds establishing information quality network education system.
