摘　　要：软测量技术是基于推断控制理论的一门新兴工业技术。本文在介绍软测量技术的基本原理及其设计步骤的基础上,详细介绍了火电厂采用热平衡法、动压法建立煤粉浓度的软测量模型,通过模型校正和在装置上实现软测量,保证煤粉浓度的在线测量。Soft - sensing technique is a novel industrial technique based on inferential control theory. In this paper, the basic principles and design steps on soft - sensor technology were introduced, details of the thermal power plant using thermal balance method, the dynamic pressure of the establishment of the soft coal concentration measurement model, adopted in the model calibration and measurement devices to achieve soft, guarantee on - line measurement of the concentration of pulverized coal.
