摘 要:教师的专业发展需要内力和外力的推动,其中主要包括教师社会地位、教师资格认证及教师专业自主发展。自20世纪80年代以来,我国在上述各方面做出了一些努力,取得了一些成绩,但总体仍存在一些不足,因此需要政府和社会共同努力,完善相关的法律和制度,组织对教师的有效培训,加强行动研究,以达成教师专业发展的顺利实现。Teacher professional development needs internal forces and external promotion, which mainly include the social status of teachers, teacher certification and teacher professional development independently. Since the 1980s, our country has made some works in the above various aspects diligently, has obtained some results, but the overall still had some insufficiencies, therefore we need the government and the society joint effort, consummated the related law and the system, organized to teacher's effective training, strengthened the motion research, achieved the teacher career development power supply the smooth realization.
