摘 要:研究了冀东滦河口潟湖、废滦河口潟湖和曹妃甸潟湖的形成、演化、形成条件和形态发生学过程。同时还详细分析了温室气体排放导致全球变暖引发的海平面上升以及本区滨线工程和不合理开发造成的海岸侵蚀;特别分析了相对海平面上升和潮位抬升导致的近30 a来严重风暴潮频发造成的海岸环境退化以及流域、河口等拦水截沙工程导致的河口输沙锐减和沿岸海水悬沙含量减少。同时还指出,贮水槽和曹妃甸嘴岸下深槽不淤,水深,使其具有建设国际深水大港的前景,当前港口和油气工程圈滩造陆应结合汊道稳定性(P-A关系)分析进行。In this paper, the formation, evolution, formation conditions and process of the Luanhe Lagoon, the abanded Luanhe Lagoon and the Caofeidian Lagoon in the Jidong area are studied, and the sea level rise caused by the greenhouse gas release-induced global warming and the coastal erosion caused by the offshore engineering and irrational exploitation in the area are analyzed, with emphasis on the coastal environment degradation caused by the frequent occurrence of serious storm surge during last 30 years and the drastic decrease in discharged estuarine sediment and suspended sediment concentration in coastal waters. More-over, it is pointed out that the Caofeidian Cape has prospects to construct an international deep water harbor there due to the water storage trough and the underwater deep trough off the Caofeidian Cape, and the harbor and oil-gas engineerings and reclamation from the sea should be carried out by making the branch channel stability analysis (P-A relationship).
