摘　　要：我国高校办学规模渐趋稳定,高校师资队伍面对新形势,需要考虑新出路。通过分析目前高校师资队伍建设中的典型问题及其原因,提出了制定科学的师资队伍建设规划;建立适应教师成长的新机制;增强激励因素等措施。The scale of establishing university in our country is getting more and more stable. The teachers in these universities are facing a new situation, so we need to think of a new solution to deal with it. By analyzing the typical problems and reasons of the improvement of the teachers in the university, this paper puts forward a plan and a new mechanism to carry out teachers＇ improvement and encouragement measures.
