摘　　要：集成化供应链绩效及其评价体系是当前该领域的研究重点和难点。为此结合国内外已经取得的研究成果,分别以顾客价值、供应链价值及发展能力与潜力为基础,构建了集成化供应链整体绩效评价的多层指标体系;并运用层次分析法(AHP)评价集成化供应链企业绩效。Integrated supply chain performance （ISCP） and its evaluation system are the focus of attention in current theoretical study. Using the research findings at home and abroad for reference, based on the customer value, supply chain value, and ability and potential of development, the paper establishes the multi-level evaluation system of ISCP and applies analytic hierarchy process to the evaluation of ISCP.
