眼眶结核9例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的通过对9例眼眶结核临床患者的临床分析,提高对该病的认识。方法对9例经病理活检确诊为眼眶结核患者的临床特点、诊断进行总结分析。结果所有病例均手术切除,病理确诊为眼眶结核。结论眼眶结核的临床表现及实验室检查结果多不典型,易被误诊。在临床上,要对此病加以重视。确诊主要依靠活组织病理检查。Objective The clinical features of 9 patients with tuberculosis of orbit were evaluated to improve its diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical features, and diagnosis of 9 patients with tuberculosis of orbit after pathological biopsy were analyzed. Results The tuberculous lesion of orbit in all the 9 patients were excised and diagnosed by pathology. Conclusions There were no characteristic clinical manifestation in tuberculosis of orbit, which was easy to be misdiagnosed. Attention should be paid to the orbit tuberculosis. The diagnosis depends on pathology.
