口腔综合治疗台三用枪和高速涡轮机的水路细菌污染状况研究

摘　　要：目的了解口腔综合治疗台三用枪和高速涡轮机细菌污染的情况并提出感染控制建议。方法随机选取某口腔医院14台口腔综合治疗台，对其三用枪和高速涡轮机3个出水段的水样进行细菌种类检测和细菌菌落计数。结果自14台口腔综合治疗台三用枪和高速涡轮机提取的水样中均验出有葡萄球菌、链球菌、放线菌，三用枪的水样菌落数高于高速涡轮机，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。三用枪3个出水段水样细菌量不同，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01），细菌量在第一个2mL分布最多，第二个2mL次之，第三个2mL最少，三者差异经两两比较亦有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；高速涡轮机3个出水段水样细菌量差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论综合治疗台水路系统有细菌污染，建议使用三用枪前先放水2—4mL。Objective To investigate bacterial contamination in three ways syringe and dental handpiece of dental unit thus to propose the preventive measures. Methods Fourteen dental units from a stomatological hospital were randomly selected. The contaminated bacteria in the water samples from three ways syringe and dental handpiece were identified and their colony formation units （CFU） were counted. Results Staphylococcus, streptococcus and actinomyces were found in all the examined water samples and CFUs of samples from the three ways syringe, especially from the first 4 mL samples, were greater than that from dental handpiece. Conclusion Bacterial contamination exists in dental unit, in particular, in the first 2 - 4 mL waterline in the three ways syringe, whish is suggested to be delivered out before using.
