摘  要:目的探讨对乳腺癌根治术患者实施阶段性个性化健康教育,促进术后恢复,减少并发症,有效提高患者术后生活质量的意义。方法随机将86例乳腺癌根治术患者分为实验组对照组各43例,实验组实施阶段性个性化健康教育,对照组进行传统健康教育。结果实验组患者对住院质量满意度、心理状态、疾病相关知识掌握、自我护理能力方面都明显优于对照组,并发症的发生明显少于对照组,差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论实施阶段性个性化健康教育对促进乳腺癌根治术后康复具有积极作用,使患者掌握了疾病相关知识,提高自我护理能力,有效预防并发症,患者满意度提升。Objective To explore the meaning of individual health education in different periods for patients with mammary cancer after radical mastectomy,which improve postoperative rehabilitation, reduce complications and improve patients'quality of life effectively. Methods 86 patients with mammary cancer after radical mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group and the control group had 43 patients respectively. Individual health education in different periods was carried out in the experiment group,and then traditional health education in the control group. Resuits The patients in experiment group acquired better effects in the follow aspects ; satisfactory of service quality,mental condition,acquaintance with knowledge about mammary cancer,ability of self nursing. And postoperative complications were less than the control group. The difference of two groups had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Individual health education in different periods has positive function for postoperative mammary cancer patients'rehabilitation. It makes patients acquaint with knowledge about mammary cancer ,improve the self nursing abililty ,prevent complications effectively,and improve patients' satisfactory.
