摘　　要：研究潞商的商业伦理,有积极的社会现实意义:有利于促进现代信用体制的建立,有利于树立正确的义利观,有利于和谐企业内外部各种关系,有利于树立竞争意识和创新意识,有益于企业塑造科学的经营理念,同时还能从潞商商业伦理观中吸取前车之鉴。The research of Lushang＇ s business ethics is of active social realistic meaning. It is advantageous to the establishment of modem credit system, the setteing up of correct concept of loyalty and benefits, the various relations both inside and outside the harmonious company, the establishment of competitive and creative awareness. It helps to the mould of scientific managing ideas. Also, we can learn a lot from Lushang＇ s concept of business ethics.
