摘 要:目的从金属粘结面的不同处理及粘结桥的不同设计,来探讨后牙金属翼板粘结桥的临床应用价值。方法观察金属粘结面在喷砂和氧化处理前、后及后牙粘结桥设计牙合支托及颊突的一年脱落率。结果对金属粘结面进行喷砂及氧化处理,其一年脱落率由处理前的61.5%下降为处理后的12.5%;后牙金属翼板粘结桥不设计牙合支托,其脱落率为100%;不设计颊突,其脱落率为62.5%;而同时设计牙合支托及颊突,其脱落率仅为12.5%。结论金属粘结面经喷砂及氧化处理,可增加后牙粘结桥的粘结强度;设计牙合支托及颊突是后牙金属翼板粘结桥所必需的。Objective To investigate the clinical advantages in application of adhesive bridge of metal alar plate in molars with different bridge designs and different pretreatments of metal adhesive surfaces.[WT5”HZ]Methods By comparing the lossing rates of adhesive bridges after one year with and without pretreatment of sand blasting and oxidation of metal adhesivesurfaces and also with and without occlusal rests and buccal bars.[WT5”HZ]Results The lossing rate after one year decreased to 12.5% with pre-treatment of sand blasting and oxidation for metal adhesive surfaces ascompared with that of 65.5% without such pretreatment.The lossing rate of the group without occlusal rest was 100 % ,and that of the group without buccal bar,62.5%; while that with rest and bar reduced to 12.5%.Conclusion Adhesive strength of bridges was increased with pretreatmentof sand blasting and oxidation for metal adhesive surfaces. It was alsoproved that it was necessary for adhesive bridge with metal alar plateof molars to have occlusal rest and buccal bar in the design .
