摘　　要：Google重视将企业使命与社会责任相统一，以满足用户信息需求为目标；以简洁、易用、快速、稳定的网上免费信息服务赢得用户信赖；以丰富多彩的产品及服务赢得用户的推紫，同时也改变了传统上人们通过图书馆获取信息的习惯、动摇了图书馆作为社会信息门户的地位，图书馆应反思和吸取Google的精华以积极应对。Google pays attention to unite corporate mission ＆ commitment in order to meet the users＇ information demand. It wins users＇ trust by a concise, easily-used, quick, stable free-on line service ＆ wish uses＇respect by various colourful products. At the same time Google also changes people＇ s traditional habit which they always get information through the library. Moreover, it shakes the status which the library is key to the local gateway to knowledge. Therefore libraries should reflect ＆ absorb the essence of Google in order to response positively.
