马氏钳蝎蝎毒对人食管癌细胞株细胞周期的影响

摘　　要：应用流式细胞仪（ＦＡＣ４２０），分析经含不同浓度马氏钳蝎蝎毒（ＳｃｏｖｐｉｏｎＶｅｎｏｍＣｒｕｄｓ，ＳＶＣ）的培养基，培养人食管癌细胞株（Ｅｃａ１０９），观察蝎毒对人食管癌细胞株细胞周期的影响。结果：ＳＶＣ可使Ｅｃａ１０９细胞ＤＮＡ指数下降，引起细胞周期中Ｇ０／Ｇ１期细胞的积聚和Ｓ期细胞明显减少，导致Ｅｃａ１０９细胞的增殖指数降低。与对照组比差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜００５）。提示：ＳＶＣ可能抑制Ｅｃａ１０９细胞ＤＮＡ合成，起到抑制癌细胞增殖的作用。n the present study,the relative DNA contents determined with by flow cytometry (FCM) was used to observe the growth of the indexes and kinetic changes of the cell cycle.it was found that scorpion venom cruds (SVC) could lower the DNA index of Eca109 cell, increase the number of Go/G1 phase cells and reduce S phase cells,indicating that the action point of SVC on cancer cell cycle may be Go/G1 phaseS phase.These results suggest SVC might play an role in inhibiting cancer cell cycle.
