膀胱肿瘤患者尿中表皮生长因子测定

摘　　要：用放射免疫分析法，对３５例正常人和３０例手术前后的膀胱肿瘤患者尿中表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）含量为进行测定。结果：膀胱肿瘤患者术前ＥＧＦ含量为（２２．０６±１２．０５）μｇ／Ｌ，显著低于正常人群（３５．６９±２０．０８）μｇ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０５），而膀胱肿瘤患者术后与正常人群相比，ＥＧＦ水平无显著差别。提示膀胱肿瘤无自分泌ＥＧＦ现象，尿中ＥＧＦ有促进肿瘤生长作用。sing　radioimmunoassay,we examined　the　EGF　levels　in　the　urine　from　35　normal persons and　30　patients　with　bladder　tumor.The　results　indicated　that　before　operation　the　EGF　levels　in　the　urine　from　the　patients with bladder tumor((2206±1205) μg/L) were significantly lower(P<005) than those from the normal((35.69±20.08) μg/L),but　after　operation　there　was　no　difference　(P>005)between　normal　persons and　operated　patients　with　bladder　tumor((39.42±16.32) μg/L).It　was　concluded　that　there　was　no　autosecretory　phenomenon　in　bladder　tumor.
