葛根素治疗挫伤性视网膜病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨葛根素治疗挫伤性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:选择56例(58眼)挫伤性视网膜病变患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例患者给予葛根素注射液400 mg,对照组28例患者给予复方丹参注射液20 mL,两组均加入0.9%生理盐水250 mL中静脉点滴,每日1次,15 d为1个疗程,连续2个疗程。观察记录所有患者用药前及用药后第15天、30天的视力、眼底病变情况,并进行荧光眼底造影。比较两组患者病变改变的差异性。结果:①治疗组综合疗效明显优于对照组;②治疗组患者的视力改善显著优于对照组。结论:葛根素治疗挫伤性视网膜病变的疗效显著,是治疗该病的有效的选择药物。Objective： To study the effect of puerarin on the therapy of contusive retinopathy. Methods： Fifty - eights eyes of 56 patients with retinal lesions due to conclusion were divided randomly into trial group （ n = 30） and control group （n = 28 ）. Patients in trial group treated with puerarin 400 mg, once daily for a course of 15 days, continued for 2 courses; patients in control group treated with danshen complex 20 mL, once daily for a course of 15 days, continued for 2 courses; the drugs were diluted using 0.9% NS 400 mL and infused intravenously. The visual acuity and fundus lesions of the patients were observed and recorded before administration, 15 days and 30 days after therapy; fundus fluorescence angiography（FFA） was done. The therapeutic effects were assessed. Results： ①The comprehensive therapeutic effect in trial group was greatly better than that in control group. ②The improvement of vision in trial group was clearly better than that in control group. Conclusion： Puerarin has salient effect on the therapy of contusive retinopathy; it＇s an effective alterative agent for the treatment of contusive retinopathy.
