芦荟与马铃薯交替外敷治疗静脉输液渗漏的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用芦荟与马铃薯交替外敷治疗静脉输液渗漏的疗效。方法:对住院发生静脉输液渗漏60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组应用新鲜芦荟与新鲜马铃薯交替外敷;对照组应用33%硫酸镁外敷。比较两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率达96.7%,对照组为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用芦荟与马铃薯交替外敷治疗静脉输液渗漏疗效好,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of alternating external application of aloes and potato on tissues impinged by leaked solution of venous infusion. Methods： Sixty patients with tissues impinged by leaked solution of venous infusion were divided randomly into trial group （n =30） and control group（n =30） ; patients in trial group were treated with alternating external application of fresh aloes and potato; patients in control group were treated with external application of 33% magnesium sulfate. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The effectual rates in trial group and control group were 96.7 % and 80.0% respectively ; there was significant difference between them （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Alternating external application of aloes and potato on tissues impinged by leaked solution of venous infusion has good effect; it＇s worth extending application.
