临床护理路径管理在极低体重儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析临床护理路径管理在极低体重儿的应用效果。方法:将极低体重儿随机分为实验组、对照组,实验组进行临床护理路径管理模式,对照组进行常规的管理模式。结果:实验组与对照组平均住院日分别为(8.18±2.11)d和(11.67±2.15)d,平均住院费用分别为(4386.66±768.36)元和(5921.32±987.85)元,患儿家属满意度分别为99.24%和81.92%,护理人员工作满意度分别为90.89%和56.27%。结论:临床护理路径的应用,能够减少住院天数和住院费用,降低医疗费用,提高医护质量,减少重复劳动。由于患儿家属和医护人员的互动,增加了患儿家属及护理人员工作的满意度。充分体现以人为本,构建和谐医患关系。Objective： To investigate the effects of management of clinical nursing path in the practice of very low birth weight infants. Methods： The very low birth weight infants were divided randomly into trial group and control group; patients in trial group were nursed by management of clinical nursing path; patients in control group were nursed by routine model. Results： For the trial group and control group, the average hospitalization time of were（8.18 ±2.11）d and （ 11.67±2.15） d; the average cost was（4 386.66±768.36） yuan RMB and （ 5921.32±987.85 ） yuan RMB; the satisfactory rates of the relatives were 99.24% and 81.92% ; the satisfactory rates of nurses were 90.89% and 56.27% , respectively. Conclusion ： Pursuing management of clinical nursing path may decrease hospitalization time and cost, enhance quality of nursing, reduce repeating labor. Satisfaction increases in nurses and relatives of the patients due to the interaction of nurses and relatives of the patients. The management of clinical nursing path embodies fully the concept of people first, building harmonious doctor - patient relation.
