摘　　要：肺癌发病率和死亡率增长较快,对人类健康和生命有很大威胁,早期发现早期治疗是诊治关键.MRP1/CD9是跨膜蛋白,属于TM4SF家族,与肿瘤恶性程度高低和转移有密切关系.检测肺癌组织中MRP1/CD9的表达水平有助于监测病情的进展、评估治疗效果、判定预后,为早期发现早期治疗提供指导意义.综述了MRP1/CD9的结构、功能、作用机制及与肺癌的关系的研究进展.The rapidly increasing incidence and mortality rate of lung carcinoma are threatening human＇s health and life. Early diagnosis and treatment are key to the curative effect. MRP1/CD9, which is a transmembrane, is affiliated to TM4SF family, closely correlated to malignant degree and metastasis of neoplasm. The expression of MRP1/CD9 in lung carcinoma will help to detect the development of carcinoma, evaluate the therapeutic effect, predict prognosis, diagnosis and treat early. The structure and function of MRP1/CD9 are reviewed, and its research advance and its relationship with lung carcinoma are illusteated.
