摘　　要：在分析传统的方案比选方法存在问题的基础上,根据交通运输方式的特点和影响,选取灰色关联度分析法作为优选方法,重点对该方法中各方案特征指标权重的确定进行研究,通过对权重进行局部优化,最后再组合赋权,以求得更加客观的权重,弥补了由专家直接赋权的不足。最后通过实例应用对模型进行了验证。After analyzing the problems of the traditional comparison and selection method, and according to the characteristics and influence of traffic modes, the gray relative analysis method is selected as priority. The emphases here is to study how to decide the weight of characteristic index of each scheme, then make part optimization for weights, at last implement the weighting recombination to gain more objective weights, as to make up the deficiency of direct weight by experts. In the end, the model is validated through example application.
