摘　　要：文章主要就湖南民营企业创业模式进行了调查和实证研究,将其归纳为:"由商而工"、"零资源"、"伴生共荣"、"反哺"、"高地"等五种民营企业创业模式,并分别给予其政策引导。This paper mainly conducted a survey and empirical study on the business model of private enterprises in Hunan Province. It was summarized as five models： ＂to and from work mode＂ and ＂zero resources mode,＂ ＂associated co-prosperity mode ＂ and ＂feedback mode ＂, ＂Heights mode ＂. And policy guidance was given.
