论新农村建设中的农民继续教育问题

摘　　要：我国农村劳动者的素质整体偏低,不能适应社会主义新农村建设的要求,必须大力发展农村继续教育,提高农民素质,发展农村继续教育对于新农村的文明建设具有重要意义;应从加强立法、创设机制、创新教育教学方法、加强师资队伍建设等方面推进农村继续教育,同时要防止可能出现的错误倾向。The low quality of the rural laborers can not meet the requirement of the construction of the new countryside. It is of significance to greatly develop rural continuing education, improve peasants＇ quality. Continuing education should be strengthened from the following aspects ： legislation, system design, innovation of teaching methods, and construction of the teachers＇ troop. Mistakes should be prevented.
