摘　　要：开放获取(Open Access)是近年在全球范围内蓬勃发展的科学信息及科技成果免费、快速传递和交流的学术运动。文章探讨了开放获取的含义、开放获取资源与服务以及对农业信息资源建设的影响,旨在更大的范围内共享信息资源、降低服务成本。Open access is an academic activity of free and rapid transmission and exchange of scientific information and achievemenst in the whole world anuually. This paper discusses the implicaton, resource-access, services of open access and its impact on the construction of agricultural information resources,with the purpose of sharing the information resources and reducing the service cost in a broader range.
