摘　　要：我国成人教育经过20多年来的蓬勃发展,取得了巨大的成绩,积累了很多宝贵的经验。随着形势的发展和社会的要求,进一步认识新时期成人教育对个人终身学习理念的确立和发展、对学习型组织的形成和发展、对学习型社会的构建与和谐社会的发展,都具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。During the past 20 years, the adult education in China accumulated a substantial of valuable experience and made tremendous development and achievement. According to the development of situation and demand of society, the conception of adult education for establishment and development of individual lifelong study should be further understood, moreover, which also has significant practical meaning and far - reaching historical meaning both over construction, formation and development of learning society and harmonious society.
