摘　　要：随着社会的进步和经济的发展,药品的安全性及损害救济问题已经成为社会各界广泛关注的焦点。通过国外实践研究,结合我国国情和现状,论述加强药品安全性监测的重要性及建立药品不良反应损害救济制度的必要性。With social progress and economic development, the drugs security and the drug-related injury compensation question has become the focus of widespread attention. Through study abroad practice and our country national condition and the present situation, this article states the drugs security monitor the importance and the establishment the Adverse Drug Reaction injury compensation system＇s necessity in China.
