摘 要:采用气化炉热解气化各种农林废弃的生物质,产生可燃生物制气,作为双燃料发动机的主要燃料。双燃料发动机由单缸、四冲程、水冷、直喷式柴油机改装,生物制气通入发动机进气管,在进气过程中吸入气缸。测量生物制气-柴油双燃料发动机气缸压力,通过与原柴油机对比,对双燃料发动机的燃烧噪声进行分析。除低速大负荷外双燃料发动机燃烧噪声均低于原柴油机,其噪声随负荷增大而增大,随转速升高而降低,随供油提前角增大而增大。Biogas is made from many kinds of agricultural and forestry residues by a gasifier. It may be used as the main fuel of the biogas diesel dual-fuel engine ignited by diesel fuel. The dual-fuel engine was rebuilt by a single cylinder, four-stroke, water cooled and direct injection diesel engine. The biogas was induced to the cylinder through intake tube of the engine during intake process. The combustion noise of the biogas diesel dual-fuel engine was calculated and analyzed based on the measured cylinder pressure. The combustion noise of the biogas diesel dual-fuel engine is lower than diesel engine except at low speed and high load. The combustion noise of biogas diesel dual-fuel engine increases with the increasing of load and fuel supply advance angle and decreases with the increasing of speed.
