摘  要:针对介于具有集中柔度和具有分布柔度之间的全柔性机构,在利用伪刚体模型分析具有集中柔度的全柔性铰链四杆机构基础上,考虑构件的线弹性变形,对伪刚体模型的分析方法加以改进,给出了其一般公式。全柔性铰链四杆机构改进前后的分析计算实例和有限元仿真,验证了该分析方法的有效性。A four-bar flexure hinge mechanism was analyzed with pseudo-rigid-body model method. Based on this, the elasticity of the link of the four-bar flexure hinge mechanism was taken into account and the equation was given. The calculation of an example of the four-bar flexure hinge mechanism was carried out with this method, subsequently. The example was modeled with finite element method, and then was simulated by ANSYS. Finally, the results were discussed and compared, and the validity of this analysis method was proved.
