摘　　要：提出了一种采用以操作员过程管理工控机为上位机;可编程控制器(PLC)为下位机的控制模式,组成SCADA系统。PLC采用ControlLogix系列产品,实现了远程数据采集、控制执行机构运转、执行机构的故障检测等功能,同时采用了双PLC(CPU)运行模式,实现了控制系统的热备功能;上位机使用Citect工业控制组态软件开发监控软件,完成数据处理、各类显示、报警、报表、打印、功能转换等功能。经过试运行,证明该系统操作方便,具有优良的人机界面及较高的可靠性。This text put forward a kind of design to constitute the SCADA System that for the control mode of operator work station is regarded as the master computer and programmable logic controller （PLC） as the slave computer. We adopts a kind of advanced PLC of ControlLogix series programmed with LogixSO00, which realizes the control functions of the remote data collection, the action control of controlled objects and the malfunction examination of the devices etc. The master computer configured by Citect. We use two computer screens to display. With the master computer, the monitor functions which we acquire from the supervisory system are as follows： displaying the entire technologic process of the annular oil testing pipeline dynamically, lively, and realistically; automatically saving data; correctly alarming in time when abnormal case happen and printing reports according to demand at any time.
