摘  要:发电机组的故障趋势分析经常受到负荷变化的影响。尤其基于振动分析,当负荷变化明显时,与能量有关的故障特征值发生相应变化,影响了故障趋势分析的效果。为了减少这种影响,提出一种综合分析的反映发电机组故障恶化程度的趋势曲线。它是基于无量纲波形统计分析与幅值域分析,提取对能量不敏感的形状因子,实现形状与能量综合分析。实验结果表明,它比传统的振动通频值能更好的反映发电机组的故障发展趋势。The trend analysis of faults in generator sets is often influenced by load variation. Especially, when the load of generator sets change obviously, the fault parameters based on vibration analysis, which are related to energy, are changing with the load accordingly. So, the results of fault trend analysis are easier to be influenced. To avoid this effect, a new synthetic analysis curve to reflect the fault deterioration trend is presented. It realizes the synthetic analysis of shape and energy and it gets the waveform factors which are not sensitive to the variation of energy by using the analysis of nondimensional parameters of waveform and values of amplitude. The results of experiments proved that it can show the fault trend better than the traditional analysis of vibration amplitude,
