摘　　要：远程答疑系统是远程教育支持服务的重要组成部分,本文从远程教育的实际需求出发,把协作学习模式与信息检索技术有机地结合在一起,形成了远程答疑系统。该系统能够充分调动学生参与学习的积极性,把更多的人类智慧加入到可以搜索的行列中,学生既是答疑系统的使用者,同时也是答疑系统的创造者。Remote answering system is an important part of distance education support services. Based on the practice of distance education, this paper combines the collaborative learning model and information retrieval technologies to form a remote answering system. The system can fully mobilize students to participate in learning, and add more human intelligence to the ranks in the search. Students are answering system users as well as answering system creators.
