摘　　要：研究了２０钢在多用炉中气体渗碳时渗层中碳浓度分布函数。结果表明：恒定碳势的渗碳过程，利用扩散方程的解析解可以预测碳浓度分布；当渗碳过程中碳势发生变化碳势时。This paper deals with the profile function of carbon concentration in case laryer of steel 20 carburized in a multifunction chemical heat treatment furnaceThe results show that the carbon concentration profile can be calculated by the analytic modesl of diffusion equation under constand carbon potential and by the profile simulation slution under changing carbon potential during gas carburizing
